Data Deletion Instructions

1. Revoke platform authorization / 撤销平台授权

Use the connected platform’s account or business settings to remove Tingyi’s access, or use the disconnect function in our service when available. Revocation prevents future API access after it takes effect.

请在已连接平台的账户或企业设置中移除庭意的访问权限；我们的服务提供断开连接功能后，也可通过该功能操作。撤销生效后，将阻止后续 API 访问。

2. Submit a deletion request / 提交删除申请

Send the request from the email associated with your organization where possible. Include:

• Your name and organization name.
• The email used with our service.
• The connected account or advertiser identifier, if known.
• Whether you request full deletion or deletion of a specific connection.

Never send us your password, access token or payment-card information.

建议尽量使用与组织关联的邮箱发送申请，并提供姓名、组织名称、服务关联邮箱、已连接账户或广告主标识（如已知），以及申请全部删除还是删除某一连接。请勿发送密码、访问令牌或支付卡信息。

3. Verification / 身份核验

To protect account owners, we may ask for reasonable evidence that you control the relevant email, organization or connected account. We will not delete another customer’s data based on an unverified request.

为保护账户所有者，我们可能要求提供合理材料，以证明您控制相关邮箱、组织或已连接账户。未经核验，我们不会根据申请删除其他客户的数据。

4. Timing and confirmation / 处理时间与确认

We aim to acknowledge verified requests within 7 business days and complete eligible deletion within 30 calendar days. Complex or legally restricted requests may require additional time; if so, we will explain the reason where permitted. We will confirm when processing is complete.

我们力争在7个工作日内确认已核验的申请，并在30个自然日内完成符合条件的数据删除。复杂申请或受法律限制的申请可能需要更多时间；在法律允许的情况下，我们会说明原因，并在处理完成后发送确认。

5. What may be retained / 可能保留的信息

We may retain limited records where required for law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or proof that a deletion request was completed. Residual copies in protected backups are isolated from ordinary use and removed according to the backup lifecycle.

如法律、安全、防欺诈、争议处理或证明删除申请已完成所必需，我们可能保留有限记录。受保护备份中的残留副本与日常使用隔离，并按照备份生命周期清除。
