Tingyi operates cross-border apparel commerce and is developing merchant-authorized reporting and analytics tools. Features may be described as under development, beta or limited availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

3. Accounts and authorization / 账户与授权
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and connect only accounts you own or are authorized to administer. Platform connections must use the official authorization flow. You remain responsible for permissions granted by your administrators and may revoke them through the relevant platform.
您应提供准确信息、保护账户凭证，并且只能连接您所有或有权管理的账户。平台连接必须使用官方授权流程。您应对管理员授予的权限负责，并可通过相关平台撤销授权。
4. Acceptable use / 可接受使用
You may not misuse the services, bypass access controls, scrape data outside approved interfaces, interfere with service operation, upload malicious code, violate third-party rights, or use data in violation of platform terms or applicable law.
您不得滥用服务、绕过访问控制、在获批接口之外抓取数据、干扰服务运行、上传恶意代码、侵犯第三方权利，或违反平台条款及适用法律使用数据。
5. Customer responsibilities / 客户责任
You are responsible for your products, advertising decisions, store operations, users and legal compliance. Analytics are informational tools and do not guarantee sales, campaign performance or regulatory compliance.
您应对自身商品、广告决策、店铺运营、用户以及法律合规负责。分析功能仅供信息参考，不保证销售结果、广告表现或当然满足监管要求。
6. Third-party platforms / 第三方平台
Third-party services have their own terms, policies and availability. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners. Tingyi does not claim endorsement or affiliation unless expressly confirmed in writing by the relevant platform.
第三方服务适用其自身条款、政策和可用性规则，其名称和商标归相应权利人所有。除非相关平台书面明确确认，庭意不宣称获得其背书或与其存在附属关系。
7. Intellectual property / 知识产权
Our website, software, design and documentation are owned by Tingyi or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership. You retain rights in your content and grant us only the limited rights necessary to provide the requested service.
本网站、软件、设计和文档由庭意或许可方拥有，本条款不转移其所有权。您保留对自身内容的权利，并仅授予我们提供所请求服务所必需的有限权利。
8. Privacy and confidential data / 隐私与保密数据
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You must not submit passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers or other sensitive information unless a feature expressly requests it through an appropriate secure channel.

9. Disclaimers and liability / 免责声明与责任限制

10. Suspension and termination / 暂停与终止
We may restrict access for security threats, material breach, unlawful use or platform requirements. You may stop using the service and revoke connected-account authorization at any time. Data deletion is handled under our Data Deletion Instructions.
